Here are some of the suggestions we recently received. Feel free to chime in!

  • Pasadena These are movies that i would for sure go to along with some of my friends. The crow, fight club, robocop, howard the duck, blazing saddles, young frankenstein, back to the future trilogy back to back would be awesome, bill and ted 1, donnie darko, the last starfighter, fletch, masters of the universe.
  • I, like many other people I know would love to see Close Encounters of the Third Kind on the big screen again.
  • Ventura: I'd love to see Dario Argento's Suspiria and Inferno on the big screen. Other movies that would get me out of the house include Dune (1984), Time After Time, Xanadu, Phantom of the Paradise, Flash Gordon (1980), The Innocents (1961), Topsy-Turvy, The Church, The Sect, Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! and Cat People (both versions).
  • Agoura: Star Wars - The original trilogy (theatrical releases, not the special editions), the Good the Bad and the Ugly, the Graduate, the Godfather Part II, Rocky I, Amadeus, Office Space, Apocalypse Now, and some Disney cartoons would be great.
  • Pasadena: Please!! You gotta show indiana jones and the raiders of the lost ark!! On a saturday please!!! Thank you!!

  • Ventura: The Matrix 1, Punch Drunk Love and STAR WARS (class trilogy. Kill Bill 1+2 (double feature). UNFORGIVEN!!!!!!
  • Ventura: I would like to recommend Mad Love(1935).... I think it was Peter Lorre's first American film.

  • Ventura: i clicked this link to vote for the movie Rushmore which was listed as a consideration. i would also love to see a showing of Easy Rider on the big screen.

  • Ventura: Any chance we can have "Mary Poppins" come down the Conejo Grade? How about "The Music Man" or another classic musical? It'd also be great to see any of the classic Disney animated films - Snow White, Fantasia, Dumbo, etc. Loved "To Kill A Mockingbird"!

  • Ventura: mentioned My Cousin Vinny last night and everybody cheered. I guess this is a good suggestion. Also how about Sound of Music...that would be great to see on the big screen.
  • Pasadena: Showgirls - it's a cult classic and invites audience participation!
  • Agoura and others: I saw JAWS last night it was sooo good. Thank you! My suggestions:

    ALIEN -the original- PLEASE, PLEASE play this soon as a midnight show. I will travel to any theater to see it on the big screen(I'm in L.A.).

    Predator- as midnight show would be a good idea since there's a new one coming out soon.

    Dial M for Murder would be great double feature with Rear Window (Grace Kelly in both).

    Something About Mary would be a fun midnight show too.

    Last but not least, Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi as triple feature. Can you get those or are they kept locked away somewhere?

  • Agoura: Everyone at work said show more sci fi! I will also say movies I want to see creepshow, Army of darkness, trick r treat, back to the future, the muppet movie, great muppet caper, oh the list could go on
  • Pasadena: I have been to a few of the midnight shows in Pasadena and really enjoy going. I would LOVE to see Clue (1985). This movie has become such a cult classic that I know of a few Rocky Horror theatres that play it a couple times a year. Or how about one of the worst movies ever that also shows occasionally at midnight... Showgirls.

  • Pasadena: I would humbly like to recommend a screening of "Time After Time". H.G. Wells chases Jack the Ripper through time to 1970s San Francisco. I was so shocked to find out this movie existed, and that I had never heard about it, I spent a while digging. Something to do with "recognition factors", and misbranding as a slasher film.

  • Pasadena: I know your audience is more geeks and I feel these would be well received. - Back to the Future trilogy - Galaxy Quest - Donnie Darko - All even numbered star trek films from wrath of khan to first contact. -rocky 1-4 and rocky balboa, with a brief intermission for everyone to go outside and watch as a copy of rocky v is burned. -indy 1-3, with indy 4 receiving the rocky v treatment. -let's also burn the star wars prequels and see a pre-special edition version of the trilogy.
  • Ventura: "Magnificent Obsession" (1954) Rock Hudson, Jane Wyman, Barbara Rush, Agnes Moorehead A sort of "Pay It Forward" film, would love to see it on the big screen.

  • Ventura: Dr. Strangelove, Back to the Future are good ones. Dark City is great. Heat could definitely be cool. UHF would be a good choice with a sudden resurgence in Weird Al love. Oh, and of course, ZARDOZ!!! Sean Connery with mustache, ponytail, and in only underwear. Need I say more?
  • Ventura: I can't seem to find this movie, it's not a big title movie, but i have been craving to see Better Off Dead staring John Cusack. It's a family favorite. & I'm a fan of his movies as well.
